I had purple and white Lisianthis. I chose Lisianthis because they look like roses but are far less expensive. And they are a true purple.

I do love alstromeria, Peonies, and white lacy hydrengea. but not together.

Roses are classic but you can make them look really awsome if you get a unique color and match it with something cool like bells ireland or something!

Bridemaids had light blue hydrandas, coral roses with pearls in them, and cream gerber daises, baby breath, I had roses, stephanoies, and baby breath

For a July wedding, our colours were lilac, pink, yellow and light teal – taken from the bridesmaids’ dresses which had little posies of flowers of those colours on the white embossed fabric.
So I had a European handtied bouquet with a big mix of flowers in lilac, pink, yellow and white, with greenery and ribbons of those colours trailing down. There were roses, mums, carnations, alstromeria, stargazer lily, etc. just a beautiful mixture of flowers – really beautiful large bouquet. The four attendants had smaller versions of my bouquet.
It just made everything bright, pretty, fresh and happy, having the variety of colours and types of flowers!

our wedding will be held december 20th and i will be having poinsettias that are red with gold glitter around the edges….and my brides maids will have gold poinsettias…. the bridesmaids will have red dresses..and we are using fake poinsettias because they leak a milky liquid…… and we are using them because they are my favorite Christmas time flowers

My colors are hunter green, with chocolate and ivory accents. I am doing flowers that are a mix of greens, browns, ivory, and white to match colors.

Centerpieces will be green spider mums, kermit button mums, ivory roses, and chocolate artichokes with river rocks in them.

My bouquet will be a dark calla lily called Naomi, ivory roses, chartreuse zinnias, kermit button mums, and italian ruskus greenery.

I picked the flowers that matched my colors and also ones I really like-like the dahlias.
Bridesmaid bouquets are white dahlias and white tulips. Boutonnieres are white tulips for groomsmen and chartreuse zinnia for my FI. Moms will have white dahlias.

My colors are tiffany blue, cream, and black accents. I am getting married next July. I am having minimal flowers but I am looking at Ivory Tulips (my favorite, even though they are out of season) for my bouquet and white Irises for the bridesmaids. I think that they really complement one another and just love the simple elegance of them. Additionally, we will be using gardenias to float in the centerpieces. I fell in love with these while looking for wedding flowers and just had to incorporate them! Other than that...still not totally decided.

I originally planned on using kiwi-centered pale pink gerber daisies since that is one of my favorite flowers and suits our color scheme of pale pink, kiwi, white, and silver.
For my own bouquet I considered many lasting alternatives, but once my mister and I decided on non-floral centerpieces, I decided there was no point to spending hundreds of dollars on flowers.
Instead I am having a local artisan handcraft French beaded pale pink and silver miniature roses. They’re lasting, beautiful, and only a fraction of the cost of real flowers.
