Think simple. I just ordered carnation boutinerres with greenery/baby's breath for an occasion that were $2.50/each. A rosebud may be a bit more but not a lot. Guys all taken care of. Bridesmaids: Have them carry one long-stem rose or one of whatever pretty flower is in season at the local grocery store, Wal-Mart or other store that carries flowers. Go to a craft store and buy a roll of ribbon and tie the ribbon yourself. You could do the same for the moms and grandmoms. For the flower girl, do a few flowers, tie them with a ribbon. You can probably manage it all for about $50 bucks.

Another great idea is to ask friends and family who they know who has flower gardens and would cut a few fresh flowers for free for your wedding.

OR...check outdoorsy areas and see where wildflowers might be growing naturally that you might be able to cut a few for your wedding. Cost: FREE
References :
I had purple and white Lisianthis. I chose Lisianthis because they look like roses but are far less expensive. And they are a true purple.

I do love alstromeria, Peonies, and white lacy hydrengea. but not together.

Roses are classic but you can make them look really awsome if you get a unique color and match it with something cool like bells ireland or something!

Good luck
References :
For a July wedding, our colours were lilac, pink, yellow and light teal - taken from the bridesmaids' dresses which had little posies of flowers of those colours on the white embossed fabric.
So I had a European handtied bouquet with a big mix of flowers in lilac, pink, yellow and white, with greenery and ribbons of those colours trailing down. There were roses, mums, carnations, alstromeria, stargazer lily, etc. just a beautiful mixture of flowers - really beautiful large bouquet. The four attendants had smaller versions of my bouquet.
It just made everything bright, pretty, fresh and happy, having the variety of colours and types of flowers!
References :
Fake, I'm telling you, silk is the way to go. I had an outdoor wedding myself and used silk flowers in the bouquets, bouteneres, headpieces and archway. I used real petals for the flower girl to toss of course, I didn't want to have to have somebody pick up a bunch of fake petals and also for a few other places. I wanted some very expensive and out of season flowers and getting silk ones and handtying them was so much cheaper and they looked great you can't even tell in the pictures they were fake. Another plus is that it will be so much easier to save your bouquet if that's important to you. If you insist on real flowers you can always go to the flower shop a few days before the ceremony and seeing what they have in stock that's in season and will be cheaper than having to find and ship flowers.
References :
I got married last year and my Dad gave his speech first, then my new hubby, then the best man. . . . . . I don't think it's so important these days though.
References :
Father (or person who gave bride away), Groom and then best man. However, nowadays often there are others who want to speak, for example the mother of the bride or the bride herself. Usually in the hotel or venue you are holding your reception would keep you right in this and advise the best order for speeches if more people than normal decide to say a few words.
